  •  Azotemia
  •  High liver enzymes
  •  Urine specific gravity of 1.008, proteinuria, etc…etc..

I did a complete scan but had trouble getting a good image of the left kidney. I may have been pushing it out of view.
What are some tricks to scanning kidneys in tiny dogs?

This tiny dogs upper left

This tiny dogs upper left and right intercostal approach. The colon is usually the thing in the way ro use scanning hand finger pressure to move out of the way change angles approach formt he top or ventral , move the colon with your fingers or go intercostal. This dog = little pressure, fat dog more pressure.

pretty boring kidney structure here any chance of lepto or other acute insult? Addison’s? seeing it a bunch in New Jersey

try doing a clinical search on sonopath wiht your prelim findings and see “what does that”
