9 month old DSH who has had intermittent diarrhea, lethargy, and a mild fever for 3 weeks.  No vomiting.  No weight loss.  History of eating an ear plug and vomiting it.

Rads showed a lot of ingesta throughout GI, with some “truncated gas opacities in small intestine” according to rad report.  They thought this was likely post-prandial, but could not rule out linear FB.

O is extremely worried and is of course on limited budget.  Does anything in here look suspicious for linear FB?  The colon was extremely full of fluid and gas.  The stomach was relatively empty.   A few mildly enlarged lymph nodes.  No evidence of biliary obstruction.
