- 11 year old Malamute with acute vomiting, responding to supportive treatment.
- History of intestinal adenocarcinoma removed over 2 years prior.
- I can see mesenteric lymph node enlargement but then what I suspect is this larger cavitatory lymph node. I cannot decide if it is actually a mass connected to the pancreas?
- The intestines appeared normal to me. I am wondering if this is possibly related to previous neoplasia.

Appears to be large lymph
Appears to be large lymph nodes – would FNA especially with the history as metastatic disease is very possible. Would also run quantitative cPl to screen for pancraettic involvement.
I agree with Remo but i would
I agree with Remo but i would also culture the cystic portion you can sometimes get some cool bugs on C&S to treat and resolve if not metastatic.
