Normal cutoff for lvot
Normal cutoff for lvot velocity is 2.2 m/sec so this is likely a very mild form of SAS and the sibling may have had a severe form. This patient likely will never have an issue unless endocarditis sets up on that AV. I would screen the line if any murmurs present.
