  • What do you think this mass is and how do you decide if clinically relevant?

Its significantly disorganized like a carcinoma or maybe granuloma but lots of good liver to compensate so i doubt BA would be elevated. In my experience these get clinical when regional inflammation or bleeding or discomfort on palpation occur or deviation of the pyloric angle. Otherwise at that age don’t tell him its there and let sleeping dogs lie may be just a low grade slow growing carcinoma.

Could look at liver enzyme

Could look at liver enzyme activity and if significantly elevated then may be of significance.
