That veessel going across may

That veessel going across may be the the gland looks arterial and bigger than a typical phrenic vein and thicker wall… maybe the cranial mesenteric a not sure… left adrenals from the right tend to look different because the angle and aproach is diifferent. My imaginoscope thinks that your left still image of the left adrenal form the left approach would fit with your video from the right approach. I would rescan and slide more cranially and work your way back from the cvc at the liver, to the right adrenal area, along the cvc and identify the left adrenal from the right… If this video you are concerned about is a right adrenal regrowth you should have both adrenals on this approach; the right regrown and the left from the right approach. If its the left adrenal from the right then you will only have one whcih would be the left adrenal. Hope this makes sense. SDEP 13 and 14 positions appropriate here.

If you see both adrenals then capture a video of both and repost would be great to see.
