Urachal remnant or artifact?

Hi!

These are from a quick US to look for bladder stones… didn’t shave, cranky Tortie cat (dodging claws…)

• Shelter cat

• 6 yr old, FS, DSH

• Intermittent hematuria

• Returned to the shelter twice for inappropriate urination

I’ll be going back another day to do a full abd US, when she has some Gabapentin on board.  Possible urachal remnant?  Or adherent sand/stone?

Thanks!  And Merry Christmas 🙂

It may be a urachal remnant

It may be a urachal remnant as often as cystitis happens polyps form over the remnant. Easily resectable though.
