- 9 yr old mn Doberman Pinscher presented for lethargy and anorexia
- PE showed severe weight loss, anemia/white gums, murmur and irregularly irregular arrhythmia; possible splenic mass
- Due to cost constraints, primary vet skipped bloodwork and went straight for the echo
- Echocardiogram shows moderate pleural effusion and marked pericardial effusion
- I am also seeing a mass like lesion involving the tricuspid valve and RV wall at the level of the tricuspid valve.

- What do you think of these lesions?
Comments
Pericardial effusion and
Pericardial effusion and tamponade with nodular rvfw and rt auricle changes looks like hsa to me. The lesion at the tv may be attached clot or mass.
