Hello! I cannot comment on the type of shunt this is, but wanted to comment that if you cone down your color sector window, it will reduce alot of the color artifact and allow for better concise color flow, which will aid in helping with diagnosis 🙂 Also getting 1-2 stills with measurments of the portal vein vs. the CVC vs. the aorta will help too!

Video 2 looks like a gastrocaval shunt with the big cvc. Big shunt fraction but medical then sx would be my approach.
