Round cell neoplasia pattern

Round cell neoplasia pattern intestine and liver with biliary stones or gas in the liver. The structure in question between spleen and intestine is a blown out LN with reactve fat around it. Needle and chemo needed asap.

Is it just me or are others

Is it just me or are others having trouble viewing. Most of the cines in all the posts are quite dark on my computer.

nope look good to me… my back drops the screen brightness on its own all the time so I have to check that fiorst before the image quality assessment… sounds simple but I cant tell you how many times I have though images were dark then i noted my screen brightness was low. Maybe check that or try a different browser. Im on firefox and looks good
