I would put it in

I would put it in unclassified category and needs lasix pimonbendan and plavix but depends on how the kidneys can handle the diuretic

Difficult to put into a category. Hyperthyroidism (thyreotoxic CMP) also possible here!  I see pleural effusion as consequence of CHF (large left atrium).  But be cautious: Aortic root diameter is rarely < 9 mm and almost never < 8 mm. If so and the cat is not extraordinary small, suspect oblique view.
