Post partum uterus

5 year old Lab delivered litter of pups followed by two dead pups after 24 hours
Had uterine intertia and was medically managed to deliver pups
Also had saline instilled into uterus 24 hours previously as was believed to have retained placenta
Was still restless and nesting after 72 hours
Normothermic and eating and feeding pups
Bloods unremarkable
I think this is a normal post partum uterus, would you agree?

There is small amount of gas in right proximal horn but I thought this may be following saline instillation
First video left horn, second and third right horn
Is it possible to visualise the cervix from caudal abdominal ultrasound?

Uterus and contents looks typical for post-partum. However would be concerned about the free fluid, which may be pregnancy related but uterine perforation should be considered. Monitior clinical signs and temperature and repeat 24-36 hours and if tap fluid if increasing.
