Hi again,

– I would like your opinion on these masses seen near the hilus/pylorus, cranial to right kidney. Are they lymph nodes?

Hi again,

– 10 year old male entire Shih Tzu with history of vomiting/retching, weight loss, free abdominal fluid.

– I felt the pylorus was thickened, fluid filled stomach, fluid filled duodenum, steatitis caudal to stomach.

– Kidneys poor corticomedully differentiation and cystic heterogenous prostate.

– Would lymphoma be your main differential? I aspirated the masses/nodes and submitted slides along with fluid (blood tinged/cellular) for analysis.
