-Study unremarkable except for some changes in pancreas (will attach clip) and the area I am questioning. Not typically what I think of as acute pancreatitis, maybe resolving or chronic?
-Area in question is in right caudal abdomen lateral to bladder/colon. Looks like fat with some form. Considered an intra-abdominal lipoma but don’t want to miss something if it’s related to clinical signs. No identifiable structures within the area in question.

-Will attach 2 clips taken in transverse orientation, one is more cranial and has the right kidney visible in transverse orientation at the begining of the clip. The other was taken more caudal to it. The other 2 are in sagittal orientation, one slightly more cranial than the other.
-Pet has lesions on face that are consistent with dermatomyositis, don’t really think it’s relevant but just in case.
-The clinic did not take radiographs (I know, they would be helpful…)
