I recently ultrasounded this 11 year old MN cat that was not doing well. Lethargic not eating. Some elevated ALT but normal bilirubin. He had a minimal to moderate amount of free fluid in the abdomen. When I ultrasounded the GB I found what appeared to be 2 cyst like structures. 

Unsure if this is one GB folded on itself or if there are 2 structures present? Wondering if someone could clarify what I am seeing. I originally thought it was free fluid next to the GB but I can see a thin wall around both structures.

Was able to trace the bile duct to the pancreatic duct fairly clearly and it measured 0.4cm.
