Can this hyperechoic area in the pleural fluid be a mass?
The view is a Right side long-axis view. There did not appear to be any PCE. Mild amount of serosanguinous fluid was removed and is being sent for cytology.
Can this simply be a fibrin clot or pericardial fat?
Thanks. Brent
