9 year old FN CKCS presented with cough and dyspnoea, mild pyrexia and apparent pain Treated with antibiotics, fenbendazole, pimobendan prior to scan Radiographs showed mild bronchointerstitial pattern and possible tortuous caudal pulmonary vessels  Scan showed mild MVD (suspect insignificant), right sided dilation, pulmonary hypertension but also mild pericardial effusion I suspect primary pulmonary disease…
