9+ year old lean cat with inappetance, T4 60+, Sg 1.030 SDMA normal but kidneys look like CKD on bloods Normal liver enzymes and protein Possible apathetic hyperthyroidism I was concerned with a tortuous vessel by pancreas, is this a shunt? Sorry for all the videos
