Pleural effusion dog
Cytology has come back as reactive haemorrhagic effusion. I have aspirated the affected lung lobe which is consolidated with hyperechoic densities within, sent to lab. Could I have anyone’s opinion on the thoracic radiographs as now I am concerned about a lung lobe torsion. It is the right cranial lung lobe that is affected. Thank…
