Hemorrhagic gastroenterocolitis or neoplasia?
Zia is 6YO spayed female greyhound. She presented at the emergency clinic for acute bloody diarrhea and vomiting. She was hemoconcentrated with mild liver enzyme elevation and hypokalemia.
