Hello Was hoping for some opinons on how to interpret a slightly abnormal CW reading on a mitral valve in a 7 year old Keeshound. Is this what it looks like when doppler catches the valve? Is this valve motion? Thanks. Brent

extra hepaic bile duct obstruction
this is a 10 yr old dsh. presented vomitng , pu/pd , icteric. I believe I have an extra hepatic cbd obstruction I am chasing why. I included image with arrow. is neoplasia likely in this area? i do not see any choleliths. no other u/s abnormalities.Thanks
