Heart tumor
Can this hyperechoic area in the pleural fluid be a mass? The view is a Right side long-axis view. There did not appear to be any PCE. Mild amount of serosanguinous fluid was removed and is being sent for cytology. Can this simply be a fibrin clot or pericardial fat? Thanks. Brent

Hello I was hoping for confirmation of an abnormal spleen on a 7.5year old F/S boxer. I believe I see an enlarged splenic lymph node and irregularities in ehcogenicity within the spleen. It was not readily apparent on the convex probe but seems to be real on the linear probe. I suspect if the changes…
