Lucy is a 10 1/2 year old DSH with a recent history of mild weight loss and intermittent vomiting (last 2-3 months). Maybe vomits 2 times per week. Appetitie is good and no history of loose stools. Lab work totally normal includis a SPECfPL. I did an ultraound on Lucy. Was not an easy ultrasound….
