13 year old fs DSH with acute onset hematuria, vomiting, dysuria, anorexia Diagnosed with possible bladder mass at the Emergency clinic US showed Bladder: free moving intraluminal blood clot/mucus/sediment ball, and echogenic urine suggestive of hematuria but no bladder or trigone wall masses Left kidney: rounded shape, renolithiasis, but no overt obstruction
